These items are custom. The shoes come directly from Nike and Converse. You have 24hours to message me with any changes in the order before the no-cancellation policy kicks in :)

PROCESSING;

+ I am NOT affiliated with the shoe brand directly, so each order has a processing time of about 3-4 weeks, which includes Nike or Converse shipping the shoe to me & the painting/drying process.

+ rhinestones are placed w. E6000 adhesive, and top coated to ensure longer lasting.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS;

+ Clean shoe with water based product only.

+ Do NOT use acetone & do NOT place in the washing machine.

REFUND/CANCELLATIONS;

I do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after 24hours of purchase due to the nature of the item. Each product is processed 24hrs after receiving the order. If there is an issue with your order upon receiving, please don’t hesitate to reach out immediately.
